Packing list question.

I'm packing for PRC and RS and I'm lost as for what this is:
Sweatband, helmet liner, Kevlar (with Velcro closures, not metal clips) 1 ea

I've only dealt with MICH/ACH and that doesn't ring a bell to me.

My unit does not have the old style helmets, do they sell them at clothing and sales?

Yes they do sell them at clothing sales, but if you can't find one there, try Ranger Joes
