Jim,

Thanks for the welcome. Here is what I have been doing to prepare myself for my training and a place in the 75th Ranger Regiment; PT with my Sergeant once every week, push-ups, sit-up, and focusing alot on running, studing the creed, values, general orders. Recently I have spent alot of my time on this site reading forums and personal experiances form everyone. Never quit, be an exceptional soldier even as a private and to take intiative, are peices of advice that has hit me the most and I have taken to heart. If there is anything that you know of that I need to work on or improve, post them please. Thanks

push-up- 61 (2min)
sit-ups- 78 (2min)

You can also start by addressing Ranger's here by the title they earned. "Jim" is not your buddy and should be addressed as Ranger Jim. Carry on.
