This is the same handbook I got when I was preparing for SFAS in 1995.
It's a good outline (skeleton), but there's no meat on it.
In fact, it's the reason we wrote GET SELECTED FOR SPECIAL FORCES.
If you haven't heard of it, check out your clothing sales store or www.warrior-mentor.com.

P.S. ALL of the royalties are going to the Special Operations Warrior Foundation (www.specialops.org). They provide edcuation counselling and scholarships for the children of Special Operations Personnel killed in training or operational missions. We're going to fund a scholarhip by raising over $20,000 for the Foundation....and I GUARANTEE IT. We've already raised over $6,300 and are going strong. Now it's just a matter of getting the word out there...
P.P.S. Even if you're not going SF, the Chapters on Foot Care and Boots are worth the price of the book.

I've just ordered this book and cant wait to get my hands on it. Im going to use it like a study guide and take notes. It will become my own personal bible.
edit(i clicked the wrong thread to reply to, the book i ordered is 'GET SELECTED TO SPECIAL FORCES') not the SFAS handbook.

Here's the link to the digital version of the PT handbook I was given by my SF recruiter when I was preparing for SFAS.
