Do any Rangers have advice about a weight-oriented (Or not weight related, whichever you believe is best) leg workout to increase overall leg strength and endurance?

Also, I am a regular fixture at the gym, and would like to know what other weight routines would help prepare my body for the upcoming tests.

Hoe many one legged body weight squats can you do ? Google pistol squats and get back to me after you have tried to do one.
