Ranger Bugsy,

Ive never responded to doubt well. Chip on my shoulder? My old man didnt make it through SFAS and gives me a hard time telling me I cant. But I will back my shit up 110%. I dont quit for anyone.
Okay, here is some of the only advice I am going to give you. Don't ever again in your life say that you will give 110%. Out of what, 200%, then you are shorting yourself 90%. It is just a retarded thing to say. If you give 110% then you gave more than you were capable of, which means you were'nt really giving 110%. You only have 100% to give.

And it's not gee, its gi.

Listen to Ranger Jim about the PT test thing. We like to see what we are working with.

ART of WAR

Post by FIST TEAM LTR »

Just a tip Pruneman; no one here is easily impressed.
Read the rest of that book you quoted from "The Art of War" second, I would check out Miyamoto Musashi's "Book of Five Rings" This would be a good time to "Hug the Belt grasshopper"
The wrestling is good; it will help you.
Good Luck

That right there is a very interesting read. Crash handed it to me in 04 and I've read it every year since - every time I learn a little more about what he is really talking about.

Welcome to the Site, kid. You've got a long ways to go.

Ranger Jim,

No questions, sir. PT test will be completed and posted by your appointed time and date.

Maybe your 'old man' knows something about his son, you disrespectful little shit. Unlike now, a rank of Specialist and a certain amount of time served was required before even getting to SFAS. Your father served his country, and you will respect that here.

This is very true. It starts at home. I was told "If you do not show respect; it will be taught to you"
I'm sure it was just a slip.....right.
