Since your only seriously considering joining the Army that means that you are not a DEP and are not authorized to use that avatar. That avatar is from the DEP selections, you need to use one from the NEWTS or NEWTS 2 selections(Thats right, the black and white ones). So while your trying to decide what to change your screen name to, correct your deficiencies.
