Nope.

You're on the right track. Hexadecimal doesn't mean 16, though. It means that it's a base-16 counting system. 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,A,B,C,D,E,F

The counting system we normally use is base-10. 0,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9
