Just finished Robert's Ridge. Good read, it does sem to give a different account of the SEAL's actions then the DOD report, so I was curious about the accuracy too.

I've heard a lot of disturbing stories about the SEAL actions before during and after that thing was all finished.

Especially the SEAL LCDR, and whoever was the ground element commander that decided to leave his man on top and haul ass while the QRF was up there getting lit up.

As much as it sucks, a case can be made for them pulling security at the end while the QRF policed up the bodies instead of helping them out.

Probably a discussion best left to a secure forum.

Easy now fellas.

Good, bad, or other, brave men lost their lives that day. Forget about judging them and remember them for their Bravery and their sacrifice.

Don't become the left and start to judge men's actions.
