Angus and Cadetness
Still goin to Black Angus (the place was near Bridgeport Ave. if I remeber correctly) when I left. The Drake and The Loft in Tacoma too.
As for being a Cadet, I went to USMAPS then USMA in '03 and am now a sophmore in the class of '08. I came to get a degree and be a pilot, though in retrospect this was not a real great idea. This is the kind of big Army place that will make you miss Battalion more than anything. Still working toward the degree and the pilots seat though.

That place was off-limits during the time I was there (mid-nineties).cams wrote:Welcome Ranger. Anyone still go to the Black Angus down in Lakewood??

I heard they made it off limits (Angus). That place and Leslie's down the street, Rangers pretty much owned it.
Got pretty bloody in there on the weekends. Good times!!!
If I recall, there were some gun shots in Leslie's one night....???...lol...We tossed the bouncer's out, put Rangers on the doors and it was a free for all! Ended up with about seven stitches in the back of my head from a bottle, Ranger(PERSEC) from the RDF got about 15 in his ear and head.
Think when it was over or winding down there were six or seven cruisers coming in with three or four ambulances'.
Ahhh....those were the days.......

Black Angus
It wasn't off limits in the 2001-2003 timeframe if I remeber correctly. All I remember being off limits were some massage parlors and Club FX.
