Ostchenslotters???

Post by Table of Elements Skater »

Im not sure what correct name is, but I have a bump under both knees. I think I remember my doctor mentioning this ostchenslotters thing. When I kneel on the ground it causes a slight pain and after a while of kneeling the pain increases. It only hurts when pressure is on the bumps under my knees. So in the "kneeBoarding" position only. Or say I get wacked hard in the spot I start laughing it hurts so much. I dont know what to do?

I had this in both of my knees when i was younger. I ended up with braces on both legs for awhile. Make sure you see a doctor. It is a growing disorder and will cease to be a problem when you quit growing. At least that's what they told me. It never affected me later on in life and I still run to this very day.

I also had this as a child. Hasn't bothered me since junior-high. Stay in touch with your doc about it, but unless he says otherwise I wouldn't lose any sleep over it.
