Well, after having my VA Loan certificate for 4 years, I'm finally using it. All but this last lender has said with the low rates, etc the VA Loan is not needed. Well, that's not entirely true.
The loan still guarantees an assumable mortgage, which, seems to be a good deal for future sales.
