you talking about the self applied tourniquet?

That was experimental when I was in. We were still using the old cotton/buckle type.

I am sure now that quickclot and the ratchet system would take over multiple roles of kerlex and Ace wraps-

Fill us in H8?

That's the one I carried (still carry). I have heard good things about the rachet straps, although I've yet to get a look at one. Be interested in getting my hands on one....
