In fact, to simulate a popular new-person activity from 2nd Battalion sit with your back flat against the wall, knees at perfect 90 degree angles, and hold a couple of sidewalk pavers front of you with your arms fully extended. We used to have to do this with M-60's or 90mm recoilless rifles when we screwed up the arms room paperwork or if the armorer was in a foul mood; which was often.

The Roman Chair and if you added a Base plate for a M224 system you were Driving The Bus. :D I use to use that one alot. And it worked so damn good! Complete muscle failer and a total mind fuck too!:twisted:
