Marital Retreat for Service Members

Post by Julieanne »

The Phoenix Project is a time to 'retreat' and regroup from the every day distractions. It is designed for couples to focus on each other and their relationship. There are no TVs in the rooms to take away from this emphasis; to encourage and foster communication with each other, other participants and retreat staff .
Eligibility
Deployed service members and combat veterans of the US Armed Services (US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, US Marines, US Coast Guard; to include Active Duty, Reserve and National Guard).

Veterans, service members and their spouses will have the opportunity to take time out to retreat and regroup so that they will become more able to deal effectively and efficiently with life after combat.

This retreat is designed for couples to have time to reconnect and regroup after deployment, there are no accommodations for children at this time.
There is no cost to couples.
