Footcare

Post by Darksaga »

I have been getting back into training and my feet are taking a beating more than normal.

Any tips on good foot care?

It's nice to know my feet weren't the only ones to "molt" after the Hooah school. My suggestion for toughening feet is put some anti-perspirant on them before starting to walk so they don't sweat, then about halfway through the journey, stop and tighten the holy hell out of your bootlaces. And of course once the walk is completed, put on a fresh pair of socks and boots (so the hot spots you just developed don't get rubbed more by the same pair of boots). Wash rinse and repeat as needed until bitch-feet syndrome goes away.
