Ralph Hall, Oak Grove, KY -- Poser

Post by Jim »

Here we have a very interesting Wannabee; This trophy comes to you as a joint effort of SOCNET and several members of the ArmyRanger.com family.

RALPH HALL
1654 HUGH HUNTER RS, APT 13
OAK GROVE, KY 42262-9159
Email: dreamaker158@yahoo.com
Ph: 706 863 1967
LR # 01495 AV LIFE = (Life Ranger, #1495, Active Voter, membership expires at end of his LIFE)
04/12/12D (He joined WAR through USMRA 12 Dec 04)
USMRA CP

Understand he stretched the truth to get into WAR, and now that he has been exposed, they are dropping him like a hot potato.

There is no evidence that he ever served in combat, but if you look at the photo he provided, he is wearing the following awards and decorations:

-CIB (2nd Award)
-Master Blaster with a mustard stain
-Silver Star (hidden under the lapel in this photo, but visible in the first)
-Bronze Star (with either a "V" device or an OLC)
-Purple Heart
-ARCOM
-JSAM
-Good Conduct Medal (w/knot) indicates more than 6 years TIS
-NDSM w/ Star indicates that he was in before and after 9/11
-GWOT
-AFG Campaign
-NCOPDR (so add PLDC to the list of schools he knocked out)
-ASR
-OSSR (the shortest tour he could do and qualify for this would be a year in Korea)
Foreign jump wings (Think it is Kingdom of Jordan)

Left shoulder does appear to be Ranger Tab over Scroll, over USAIS

During an interview, he claimed to have attended Basic, AIT (Not OSUT) as an 11B, then to airborne, military freefall, pathfinder, and Ranger. Was assigned to A/3d Ranger Battalion. Deployed a year in Afgan, and returned to Fort Benning; following two weeks leave, he deployed to Iraq and on 28 March 2004 conducted a combat parachute operation.

Now for a couple of quotes from our man Ralph when confronted on details of his military career:

DJDREAMAKER wrote:Sorry mate, I've got a top secret clearance so unless you have a lot of friends in Washington D.C. and maybe a miracle you won't find anything on me (believe me, Colonels have tried; all of which knew my commanding officers personally) <No disrespect intended!> But you are right though, we do mostly operate out of Ft. Benning. <Good eye!> You are as sharp as a combat ready Kunai <Again no disrespect intended!>
DJDREAMAKER wrote: Due to circumstances, I cannot tell you very much about time, location, present situation, or much of what happened. This is what I can tell you... I went to Afghanistan as an E-3 in 2003. Due to combat action; I was promoted to E-5, saved my C.O.'s life and was awarded the Bronze Star. -break- I was in and out of Iraq on various missions until March 28 2004 on which we did a combat jump into the midst of Iraq in which I was shot in the left hip and despite my injuries, fought on to the Ranger objective saving the lives of my fellow comrades and thereby earning the Silver Star, Purple Heart, and a hell of a lot of recovery. Sorry, wish I could tell you more. Perhaps I'll get the chance at a later date.
Somehow I doubt that we will--just as we were unable to find anyone in 3d Ranger Battalion who knew him. Ralphie boy has dropped off the screen (at least for the time being). As more details become available, we might come back to our boy, later.

This was published today by the Secretary of WAR:
Brothers, as Secretary of Worldwide Army Rangers, Inc, the following is for dissemination to anyone concerned;

RALPH HALL IS NOT, NOR HAS HE EVER BEEN, A MEMBER OF WAR.

Some how he acquired an old membership card and has been using it. However, the membership number sequence has not been used since 2002.

If anyone has questions, please let me know.

Ralph Hall's story continues, one of our members reports:
So we now know why this dickhead went off the radar for so long and the FBI couldn't find him. He was in the local pokie serving 6 years for 'Aggravated Assault'. Looks like he was busted for diddling one of his under-age female 'ninja students' (this is the same girl that popped up on MartialArtsPlanet.com defending him when we busted him out).

About halfway down the page:http://newstimes.augusta.com/stories/20 ... 6374.shtml

He's now out of jail, and set himself up in Reno Nevada, has started teaching kid students again and has started telling his Ranger stories again. I've been contacted by two people he works with through the Military Poser Videos channel volunteering this info (one of which he dated but he started to creep here out, she Googled him and that's how she found me through his video interview).

I friended him on Facebook a few weeks ago, and he finally accepted. Thee screen shots are from his page. One of the pictures is a real pic that he stole somewhere and I've tracked down the actual Rangers in the photo and let them know.

From Ranger Kirk
So, finally, after months (and the NPRC and DOD being no help at all), got in touch with someone who held his records at the JAG office with the GA NG. See the attached PDF. I also had a few off the record discussions to get the rest if the story.

Forgive the detailed explanations, this was text I've prepared for his parole officer in Nevada.

1.) Ralph Hall doesn’t have a formal military record at the National Public Records Center because he never finished OSUT at Fort Sill, Oklahoma (i.e. One Station Unit Training...or Basic Training, plus his AIT / skills training). Ralph was on a Delayed Entry Program and split option enlistment contract (i.e. Basic Training one summer and then AIT / Skills Training the second summer).

2.) Ralph enlisted in the National Guard as a 13E Cannon Fire Direction Specialist (i.e. working a field computer in the back of a truck to fire MRLS missile batteries). He was never Active Duty except Basic Training, nor did he finish his initial entry training, therefore he was never assigned to any Ranger unit, nor could he have possibly attended or completed any of the schools he claims. Every single one of his ribbons, badges and schools in the video is completely bogus. It would also be impossible for him to be deployed to combat. Even if he had finished his training and been on Active Duty, the 75th Ranger Regiment obviously doesn’t accept the 13E MOS.

3.) As Ralph never finished the second half of his initial entry training in 2002, he was never formally in the Army (National Guard or otherwise).

4.) Ralph was removed from the National Guard records system in 2002 for not reporting back to temporary active duty to finish his initial entry training in 2002 (he was technically AWOL, and has been since). It was pure luck they still had his paper records in a box somewhere at the GA National Guard JAG office in Atlanta.

Feel free to publish this as and where you like. I’m also forwarding a copy of this to his parole officer. I have a BMP and a PDF of the letter confirming his service (or lack thereof), but the BBS won't let me upload it for some reason. If anyone wants a copy, PM me your email address.
