A Ranger serving as Federal Law Enforcement officer with the Border Patrol brought Tommy to our attention. At this point our investigation really got underway.
This is the initial information posted on Tommy’s website that raised a red flag:

And another:

As you can see, in the second screensave, Tommy even has the audacity to claim a Purple Heart (for wounds in combat). He also claims he was given an honorary lifetime membership to the United Nations Command Security Force. Apparently, they have no reservations about bestowing this honor on an E-4 with 4 years in the US Army. These two profile descriptions make it really difficult to believe Tommy’s assertions that the above bio was a typographical error on the part of his Operations Manager (as Tommy claimed). It should be noted that the first bio was written and posted on his website prior to the Operations Manager working for Texas Tactical. And apparently Tommy doesn’t proofread his own bio that’s going on his business website for accuracy. And apparently he fails to do this not only once, but twice. And then he leaves it up for several years. By claiming the valor earned by members of the 75th Ranger Regiment, he enriched himself at the expense of others -- the men who actually earned the honor and glory..
Following is correspondence that took place between Tommy and actual Rangers. In this particular case, Tommy claims to be a “Tab bearer, not a wearerâ€
