Welcome. Many variables in play here. Why not ask your recruiter to Reno and get you 11X Opt40? If he says there are none, he's not looking deep enough. If it's possible (I'm no recruiter), drop your contract until he does find you one.

It is possible to receive a RASP slot in OSUT, but chances are much more slim entering without it already. Others here may have better advice for you. In the men's fine read the site rules, regs and FAQ's, it will help you get along here.

Like many posts around here say... It's your career choice and your pick. Don't let them fool you on anything except if what you want is open or not. Sometimes you have to wait. If you want to accept less than what you want, go for it. And be happy with that. Many folks here wait months... Some go and get it first time at MEPS and others settle for something else.

X2. Who cares if they're mad or yell? Walk out and go to another recruiter.

Once you sign you'll never see them again. Read some more posts about others who have held out under the same pressure and got exactly what they wanted down the road.
