Items must be sealed in their original package.

Students must also bring 5 copies of their orders and ERB/ORB

No tobacco products are allowed for students during the Ranger Course.

Students caught with any form of tobacco will be dropped from the course.

Boots may be resoled as long as they have a heel and are similar to standard issue

All items are available through your local AAFES, and should be purchased prior to Day 1 of Ranger School. Additionally, the items reflected can be purchased at each camps respective AAFES branch exchange for re-supply during the course. All items, with the exception of baby wipes, will be placed in the soldiers personal hygiene kit. A zip lock bag will be utilized to store an ample amount of baby wipes, with the remainder being placed in the soldier's hold baggage until later in the course.
*Students are authorized to wear black leather boots and hot weather boots(black/green) w/ ACU (in field environment). Summer period is from 16 Apr thru 14 Oct and students need to bring 2 pairs of boots with drainage holes; winter period is from 15 Oct through 15 Apr students need to bring 1 pair of boots with drainage holes and 1 pair of insulated boots.
**ACU uniform - ACU items (t-shirt, boots, and belt are authorized to wear with the BDU uniform (in field environment). Students must bring 1/2 the amount of velcro name tapes and US Army tapes in relation to the number of ACU's brought. Example: if a student brings 4 x sets of ACU's, he must have 2 x complete sets of name tapes and US Army tapes.
NOTE:ALL FOREIGN STUDENTS ARE AUTHORIZED TO BRING THEIR OWN MILITARY ISSUED EQUIVALENT EQUIPMENT All other uniforms and equipment are issued by the Ranger Training Companies. It is not necessary for the student to purchase equipment other than the items stated above ANY ITEM NOT LISTED ON THIS LIST IS UNAUTHORIZED!!!
