Self-assessed this morning.

Push-ups: 76
Sit-ups: 93
Two-mile run: 13:48
Pull-ups: 15

My run time is still pretty slow, but I've been seeing a lot of progress, both in two-mile time and distance, which is very encouraging.

Ranger Jim,

I realize that my PT scores have barely improved, I have been working late and on vacation the past 2 weeks and haven't had much time to do PT. I am starting a new routine tomorrow that I hope will help a lot.

Just joined the site and just this past week got my 2 mile run below 13 minutes
Pushups- 90
Situps - 86
Pullups- 18
2 mile run- 12:56

300/300

Yes Ranger Jim, it was indeed prior however from Ranger Affirm's mentoring I've realized I need better form in my pushups, that is if I am wanting them to count. With practice using more proper form I believe I will benefit greatly.
