haha Ranger baseplate...i gotta agree with that one.
Oh, by the way, quick update...
the congressman who is pushing for this bill to be passed came by to observe our training. it was in the middle of testing. so he sees three people gathered around the patient (the operator, the hadji and the security element). keep in mind this is all taking place during the first minutes of the initial assessment....so after about a minute he points to the security element and asks "why does that guy have a gun?" to which the answer was "sir, he's the security element, so the bad guys dont shoot the good guys". after this he leaves. doesn't even have to respect to at least stay to observe how we treat the entire scenario. what a jackass.

we all wanted to after we found out what happened. we knew he was coming but like i said, we were all too concerned with testing to care at the time. it wasn't til that evening that we found out what he did.

isn't PITA considered a terrorist group by today's standards? maybe we should act accordingly and do what we do best to terrorists.....just my two pennies.

still no updates on this bill. i've asked a few times and keep getting told no new word on it yet. tried researching it abit more online and it appears the last action on this bill was jan 2010 and it was just to vote to review it. nothing else. congressman bob filner is appearently the originator of it. D-Ca, anyone surprised there.....didnt think so. he's in the 51st congressional district and according to his website heres his contact information:
