How is it that a brown cow can eat green grass, make white milk and yellow butter?

On JBLM right now. How are there SSG's in the Army without right sleeve patches?

I go to Fort Belvoir two or three times a week, and I have seen the same absence of right sleeve (combat) patches.

How many were wearing combat arms division/brigade patches on the left? Lots of Combat Support and Combat Service Support personnel on JBLM and lots of NG and Reserve troops floating around, too.

These were 2 ID. Some Signal guys. 301st MEB USAR has very few SSG or higher missing right sleeve patches.

So what is the difference between a Fat Chance and a Slim Chance?

I do not have the answer but a Fat Chance took one and a half seat just as I got aboard a standing room only Trailways Bus not stopping for next 25 miles.

Lunch wrote:Walked into a restaurant in Grand Rapids, MI last night and saw a dude and thought to myself "he looks like a soldier". They finished eating a half hour later then left; my wife and I left about 45 minutes after that. As we were walking back to my Jeep, the same guy and his group were heading back up the street toward us. As we passed, sure enough, there was the Crest and 1/75th scroll on the Tshirt that was under the other shirt he had on while he was in the restaurant.
Did you say anything to him?
