I recently took a course in HAGANA. It's Isreali hand to hand. The guy that teaches is Mike Lee Kanarek. He is from Isreali SF. 2007 Black Belt Magazine Self Defense Instructor of the Year also Black Belt Magazine HOF.

I was just going to post some wise ass comment like "Glock, in .45", but instead I'd rather acknowledge Equalizer for posting some darn good common sense advice.
