Introduction- Isaac

Hey guys, my name's Isaac. I am 19 and I'm from California but I also spent my high school years in Arizona. I've always toyed with the idea about joining the Military mainly because every generation of my dads side has. I was all set to go to college but it wasn't until I was at a funeral thinking about life I realized I most likely wasn't ever going to enlist unless I did it right then, and the last thing I wanted it to be was another "what if?" I knew since I was 8 if I did join I would be Infantry because somehow it got stuck in my head that it was the epitome of serving. So I started to do some serious research and found out more about Rangers and what they do. My thought process was "if you're gonna be apart of something why not the best?" So I talked to my recruiter and 3 weeks later I swore in as an 11X option 40. That was back last August and I finally left to basic in January, D 2-54. Now I am an 11b, currently going through week 5 of RASP. One of my best friends who's in the same class as me told me about this site. He said it has a lot of good information from past and present Rangers. I'm not very good at talking about myself and I know I missed a lot. So if you have any questions just ask.
