Re: Tunisian Army

Post by fatboy »

I jumped into Cap Surrat in December of 1999 and spent a few weeks running around with my platoon attached to a Tunisian special forces company. One of the best photos I have from that time is from the coast where there were 3 giant ships that were purposely beached and left to rot. We taught reflexive fire techniques on the flat range there.
We also stayed at the compound overlooking Bizerte and got a chance to walk around the city some. Then we had an opportunity to visit the American cemetery from ww2 in Tunis. That was a very moving experience.

You have a long road ahead of you Mootaz 21.
