It's a NVG "focus enhancementioned device" it allows you to in essence turn your an pvs 15's into auto focus, in where you can adjust your nvg focus like you normally would then adjust the focus enhancer lens caps to focus on the blurry distance areas creating crisp vision in both far and near targets or areas simultaneously with both eyes. Someone needs to hop on this so it can be apart of SPEAR issue from RIF!!

This piece of kit definitely makes a difference.
