In the pants holster

Post by rgrokelley »

Anybody found a decent holster to go inside the belt, or pants?

Been using a CB for a year now. Excellent quality and the customer service is exactly where it should be.

Case in point, when I ordered my holster from them it came with plastic clips. After 8 months of use, one of them broke. I could still wear the holster but it wasn't as well seated. As soon as I got home from this last trip, I called the company and asked how much it would cost for me to just order two of the steel clips, which they now use standard on their holsters. The answer: "Nothing at all, Sir. Can I have your address so we can mail them out to you? Should arrive in no more than three business days but we can also expedite the order at no cost to you if needed urgently for work."

That's what made me one helluva satisfied customer. As promised, I got a UPS package two days later with the new steel clips in there.

Don Hume is also a good choice.

X2. GSX turned me onto the Crossbreed holster and it allows you to tuck your shirt in (if you get the Super Tuck) while wearing.

RESURRECTION: In the pants holster

Post by Ranger5280 »

I carry a Glock 33 and use a Galco Ultra Deep Cover Holster...I know...the name smells of gayness as I hear the halls of 3rd Batt does.

Extremely comfortable IWB holster that I can wear all day long without issue. I can sit easily in it and eat pies and cakes for hours.

A few nights ago I ran for 50 minutes on a treadmill with the holster and gun in a pair of shorts (no belt) with no issues other than a mild chaffing on my hip where the horsehide came into contact with my skin. While some 2nd Batt Rangers would seek profile status for the minor abrasion I shrugged it off and it was gone in a day.

Edited for spelling

Damn. That's an awful lot of smack all in one post. Did your "ultra deep undercover no see-um" holster come with a free bick razor and a can of Nair?

CROSSBREED! I alternate between a Sig p250 & a government 1911. No complaints here, other than the wait for the order to come in.
