Welcome Zach, if you truly want to earn a place in the 75th Ranger Regiment, you came to the right site. We take considerable pride in the fine young men who pass through armyranger.com on their life journey. Read all the FAQs as well as select sitckies and threads. The search feature located on the top right of this page is your friend. Most questions have been addressed at least once. I am going to assign you two tasks: first, tell us more about yourself; where do you live, what sports do you play, what should we know about you? Next, self-administer a PT test and post your results here not later than Sunday, 30 December, 2012. Never, never quit

Welcome Zach5511.

I've gone ahead & changed your name to what you see above. No one coming here can use the name Spartan in any manner.

Now that that is done . . .

Welcome Zach. Congratulations for getting an Opt 40 in your contract.

Okay Zach5511. I see Ranger Jim's message to your father (Fireman1151) worked as you have now joined us.

Subject: 11X Option 40's Are Available
Jim wrote:OK, Wes, it is time for your son to come up on the site. I know he has plenty of time, but we offer a rather successful Mentorship program. Look forward to hearing from him. Wes, it is time for him to be on his own.
Zach5511 - I have sent you a PM.
No need to respond to me.

I completely understand that these scores are not acceptable and must be improved. That is the intention of my involvement with crossfit and the mentoring of this forum.
OK, Zach5511, you now have a baseline. Begin work to improve your fitness. Never, never quit!
