Can't think of any particular place but congratulate your new Ranger for me. Having had two sons in 3rd Bat meant a lot of trips to Columbus.

Lady1jane, there is a private parents forum for 75th Ranger parents. Once your son graduates, send me a PM if you are interested. It hasn't been real active lately but a lot of information is available.

Read the book Grain Brain. Because of this book, I quit carbs and stopped taking statins for cholesterol. I lost 12 pounds and really don't miss the carbs. The author says keeping carbs below 60 g a day is the goal. If you take a statin, do some reading and find out what negative effects on the body...
