A question here.
What is done with the guns confiscated from the enemy? I've heard that in WWII soldiers were aloud to take some home, but i didn't know if you could still do it?

The good points for against it that i saw. Each service would lose their elite. Services would no longer be able to use their SpecOps as advertisment.
