1000 done in 2 hrs. 54 min. I had a timer on my watch. I just set it for 40 seconds and made sure I did 5 pushups every 40 seconds. Pace slowed down toward the end, but still got it done.

Re: Updated Intro

Here is my first intro for those who are interested. http://www.armyranger.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=28373 Since then I have graduated Basic and AIT. You seem to have good intentions kid, now stop posting for awhile and go read as you've been directed (repeatedly).
You won't make it, you don't know when to STFU.

Ranger The Sleepy Doc thank you for your insight about other chaplains. I look at shooting one like this. If you look in the Old Testament, Israel went to war all the time. If it wasn't God's will to go to war, the soldiers weren't punished the leaders were. So if I get the order to shoot, I shoot t...

23LRS, I don't know about a book, but you could write down all of the different workouts. When you get deployed write each workout on a small piece of paper, put them all in a bag, pull one out per day and do that workout. I know of some other people that do this.

Ranger Cams, I will do. I see the mistake I made. You asked a question to yourself, not to me or anyone else. Thank you for pointing out the mistake and I won't make it again.
