I warmed up with some light jabs for about 60 secs., took a break for 30-45 secs. then started doing 1-2 mins of striking with 30 secs breaks in between. My buddy was holding the bag and motivating me with verbage. It was really a good work-out, especially ...

Five and a half miler. Moderate pace.

20 minutes hard and fast boxing drills on the heavy bag (with someone yelling at me for motivation.) Minimal rest periods, like 30 secs.

Short weight training circuit.
