Good PT

Did this one today.

Five and a half miler. Moderate pace.

20 minutes hard and fast boxing drills on the heavy bag (with someone yelling at me for motivation.) Minimal rest periods, like 30 secs.

Short weight training circuit.

I am prior service, AD Army, 94-98. Airborne Artillery. Ft. Bragg, NC, in the 1-39th and 1-321st. Prior Law Enforcement and currently work for Uncle Sam in the Federal Service. Thank you to all those who have served and those that continue to serve.
