Anybody familair with "Lt X", Chris Pizzo?
I saw this guys website, and ordered his "conditioning" DVD. (I'm old, fat and very_much out of shape. I needed something to get me going again.) My Ranger son (Ft Benning Combative Champ), and my MMA fighter son, are all over me about getting back in shape. The DVD is a big disappointment...

Don't have an Avatar yet, but will get one. My son served 12 years with 75th Ranger Rgt. He was in 2/75 for 6 years, then Instructor at PreRanger, and then with S3 Shop at Rgt HQ. He has CIB, Master Para, Pathfinder, British Jump Wings. SERE School grad. Served with 75th in Afghanistan and Iraq. E7 ...
