Rangers,
It’s been a journey but I’m proud to say I graduated RASP in December. Class 02-24. Excited for the journey ahead of me.

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Ranger BlueLiner, I took the pre Ranger program back in June. It was only 3 days long but covered the RPA, the CWSA, Land Nav, Some of the RTT’s and the ruck. I am hoping to get into the RTAC program at Benning before I go. From what I hear Now is that my platoon has to do mortar qualifications duri...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Rangers, it’s been a little bit since I’ve been on the forum but I thought I would give a quick update. It looks like I could possibly get into a November class for Ranger School, EIB is coming up so it’ll be a bit of a busy last couple months of the year. I have made good improvements being at Fort...

Re: Sitrep- Ange
The world is yours Ange, stay laser focused on the goal at all times. Many people in my OSUT thought I was crazy because the things that I do/did while I was there made me look almost psychotic to the peers around me and it’s still that way. I didn’t make it my first go around due to failing my RFT ...

Re: Rasp NTR
Ukuh12, when I was in RASP, I heard of some of the dudes who quit who were told that they had some sort of conditional NTR, with that being said they needed to get airborne and a Ranger Tab. Now take that with a grain of salt. You can always try and contact the liason, never hurts to try

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Roger that Ranger Blueliner, this time I will not go to RASP, Ranger School or anything unprepared this time. It’s a true work in progress. Being an 11C at a mechanized unit is different than being light but I get to learn how to operate different types of vehicles and learn many good traits that I’...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Roger, Ranger Carpenter. I will update you on all of my progress so far. Today we took an ACFT, I scored a 582 overall. I’m happy with my score but not gonna settle and be complacent. My PL put me down for the Ranger Asssement course which is the PT test, Land Nav, ETC. I don’t know how it’ll go bec...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Roger, Ranger Blue Liner. I have been at Fort Stewart for about a month now. It’s not a bad base at all and Savannah is a very cool place to be by. The big army is exactly what I thought it to be but that’s not deterring my purpose in the army and what I want in the army. Right now is a good time to...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Rangers, I regret to inform you that I was dropped from pre rasp after I got recycled. My journey to become a Ranger is far from over. It was my mess up and I’m prepare to take the heat from any Ranger on this site. One day at pre rasp the cadre came up to me and asked me if I shaved my face. I shav...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Ranger Carpenter, it has been a while since I have posted. Here is an update on my journey so far. I arrived at pre rasp in early January and classed up within 3 days of getting here. I failed the rft week one, and both retests week 3 and eventually week 6, each one was due to my push ups. I got rec...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Rangers, It has been a few days since HBL ended and I am currently back at my old training company awaiting to go to Pre-Rasp. Tomorrow is the big day where we transition over to the Pre-Rasp compound. I’m nervous but I know that everything I have done had prepared me for what’s to come. During hold...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Rangers, I am currently on holiday block leave and have been getting some good ol pt in. I remind myself that this is not a time to get comfortable nor get cozy, lazy or complacent. I know that being home is only temporary. I am going to take advantage of the cold back home and the high altitude to ...

Re: SITREP- Brayden
Roger that, Ranger Carpenter, live fire was a blast; I got to hang rounds off of the 120mm, the 81mm and the 60mm. I am on another 4 day pass for thanksgiving and plan to use the time wisely to get better. Templar is in my company which is good to hold us both accountable.
