Welcome here. Good ways to improve running are sprints, think 30 seconds all out then 60 seconds jog.

Welcome here Matthew. Take a few to read through the letters from school thread as they’ll give you some ideas on what job you may want to pick with an option 40. If you want to be the best soldier you can be, pursuing this path is a great start.
