Thank you Rangers for the welcome! I performed a self-APFT test and these are my results: APFT score: 296/300 push-ups : 75 Sit Ups : 82 2 Mile Run time : 13:21:07 minutes I know I can shave off the extra 21 seconds from my 2-mile run, just have to keep pushing toward the end and have a faster start...
