I will be starting Ranger Silverbacks APFT improvement plan this Monday 2-2-2014. I will be doing it for a month, I will post my results during the first week of March. On the days inbetween the running and PU/SU I will be cross training with biking or swimming and some bodyweight pt, leaving myself...
