I noticed that the 17th Cav may have lost their airborne status and shifted to another well known unit is this true? Also does this mean that the last remaining Airborne Cav unit is in Louisiana? Thanks.

Hello to all, I am an AD SGT serving in Germany at a MEDDAC. Prior
38 A and 19 D. OCS accepted and looking forward to the road ahead, but never forgetting the road that lead here. I hope to attend Ranger school somewhere along my training pipeline God willing succeed.
