Re: Audacious here

That made me laugh hard Ranger Slowpoke, and one can only hope. I'll make sure that I choose my words more carefully from here on out.

Re: Audacious here

Don't get me wrong, I'm sure RASP will be more than anything I handled, but I can guarantee you quitting isn't part of my vocabulary. Maybe I shouldn't count my chickens before they hatch, but hey, not everyone loses a shoe at Cross Country states with a couple of rocks embedded in your skin and fin...

Re: Rucksack Info

Thanks Ranger The Sleepy Doc and RangerX for the info. I'm looking forward to getting some weight on my back well before basic so I'm a little more experienced by the time I would be heading to RASP.

Re: Rucksack Info

Ranger KW Driver, do you have a suggestion as what to use for weight? I was thinking about that myself, and I knew I wanted to spread it out a bit.

Re: Rucksack Info

Thanks Ranger The Sleepy Doc. You say it doesn't matter whether it has a frame or not, but if it has a frame it will be better for my back? Thanks for the speedy responses. Ranger Richard Cranium, thanks for the tips. Luckily I'm a distance runner and train on very long hills which gives me some gre...

Rucksack Info

Hello Rangers, thanks for taking the time to read this topic. I did search to look for some Rucksack info, and I found some, however it was all largely outdated which is why I wanted to make a topic. The Ranger officer I had talked to told me it wouldn't be a bad idea to get boots, a ruck, and start...

Re: Audacious here

Ranger centermass - Thanks for the words of wisdom, and knowing I'm a jedi is pretty awesome as well. Ranger cams, thanks for letting me know that! In about a year, like I said, is when I'll be requesting the Opt40, and I assume I won't be able to get it the first week I request it too.

Re: Audacious here

Thank you Ranger Jim and Ranger Tough. I was actually looking through the site earlier about the mentor info. It seems like an awesome idea on the site. Where do I go about doing that?

Re: Audacious here

I can say this is 2 ways, my way or the formal way. I'll do both.

Formal: It's an honor to be connected to so many Rangers.
My way: It's awesome to be on a forum with the some of the best badasses in the world. I hope that one day I can join your ranks!
