Ranger Jester, I am not sure. Maybe because it is a way for enlisted men to get into the infantry whether or not they get selected at SFAS. And if they wash out, when they report to a conventional unit, they have a better understanding about themselves, the Army, physical fitness, etc... If you don'...

I would not let an opportunity like that pass away. Thank you for that. I wonder why very few people from Wisconsin attempt to be Rangers? How may I ask that you know this?

I will do that. Yeah, I was kind of confused when he told me that too, how confident can a recruiter be...and why? Thanks for your help. I will update next week when I go back to MEPS.
