Those 7 screw ups you mentioned are a good example of "the accident chain" don't you think? Any one of those events by itself is harmless but put together, yikes!

If you are refering to the luxury apartment I rented in rural GA. Yes I remember the Ranch. What fun times, big parties, blowin stuff up. I guess I cant complain for $150 a month.
