Re: SITREP-Marcus
Rangers, I checked into the hotel today as I ship out to Ft. Benning tomorrow, 20120604. I have been on this site a long time and I would like to thank you all for your help and the work that is done on this website. I would like to personally thank Ranger Invictus for being a great mentor and prepa...

Re: SITREP - FlyersFan31
My experience was the same, my recruiter told me my scores but never actually showed them or gave them to me. I just looked at the packet like Vyce said, more than likely you're good to go but the Rangers with in a better position to address this will.

Re: Training Dates for Opt. 40?
Rangers, If you will allow me to offer some help only because I have recently been through the recruiting process. Hoosiercm, Ranger Goon175(a recruiter) will know more and if he decides to respond that will be optimal. But, just from my experiences when I got my contract and down at MEPS, the reaso...

Re: Mental Fatigue post workout
The thing that works for me is to simply eat and sleep more. You can do strenuous workouts all the time as long as your giving your body what it needs to recover. If I don't eat enough then my body doesn't feel just sore it feels like its breaking down and if I don't sleep enough I eventually just e...

Re: Daily workout post
No I do the operator sessions but I was thinking about purchasing that. I probably won't though because if I need calisthenic workouts I can just sign on here, fellow DEP'er Glocky45 has quite the sadistic mind not to mention just staring from page 1 workout 1 on this thread I actually have done the...

Re: Daily workout post
Edgerusher, do you go to the class or is it an online training thing? It's an online thing, the only 2 other gyms aside from the main one in Wyoming are in Austin and Colorado Springs. I just get the WOD off the site then go to my schools RecPlex with a buddy, sometimes alone, and do it. The only ne...

Re: Current USAREC message on Opt. 40 contracts
I was checking my ATRRS training schedule, my OSUT and ABN dates are on there but my RASP date isn't. My contract states I have Option 40 reserved and my first unit assignment is RGV4 so is this just a minor issue or do I need to ask my recruiter because there is something bigger at work here?

Quick PT SITREP for the other DEP's. I've been doing, or surviving I should say, Military Athlete for the past 2 weeks or so. Honestly, I'm still choking on all the smoke from today's workout. If you guys have 25 bucks a month to spend on it I highly recommend it. When school sloes down I'll get bac...
