Re: Sitrep

Thanks Ranger mortar_guy78. And will do Ranger Jim. My recruiter said he could get me a re test. I wore an old pair of glasses with an old rx that messed up my vision when I took them off to do the test.

Re: Sitrep

They refuse to let me re take the vision test also, honestly I don't think I took the test correctly. Apparently an exception to policy is highly unlikely which is very discouraging. I'm not joining the army without option 40. They offered 68W and said I could get the option 40 but I've done no rese...

Re: Shin Pain

Just ran some pick up basketball and my shins are really paying for it. Hopefully after getting in the weight room and more pt I wont be having this. Never had these when I played baseball, but then again I never took a 3 year hiatus

Shin Pain

Rangers/members Anticipating a January ship date, I have started running again. I knocked out a mile last night on the track after not running distances for 3 years. I was an athlete in high school (pitcher, baseball). I ran daily for all 4 years. My shins feel very sore, specifically the insides of...

Re: Introduction (again)- Chris

Ranger Silverback...I'm assuming that is some sort of joke...I'm sure there is someone old enough on here that will get it, because I don't :-P My recruiter asked me what I was running from today. Just because I'm a moderately intelligent college student wanting a combat mos means I'm running from s...

Re: Introduction (again)- Chris

Thanks for the input Ranger Bill and IEDmagnet.

Are there any 13Foxtrots on here? I'd like to hear some first hand information. Or even any infantrymen that have served with 13Fs would be appreciated
