RASP Slot
Hello Rangers, I just graduated OSUT on Thursday May 27th, and I'm in Airborne hold until this upcoming Thursday. I was wondering how would I be able to get a slot for RASP. I tried to get one while in OSUT. But, I was told by the civilian contractor, who handles the contracts and papers for my comp...

Re: Updated SITREP and Thanks
Rangers, I was also wondering how I could have a Ranger Mentor on this site? I was looking around but I can't find it, maybe I'm just not looking in the right place.
Thank you
Thank you

Updated SITREP and Thanks
Greetings Rangers, Tomorrow is the day for my Airborne Physical down at MEPS. Should be easy, I heard all you have to do is make your ears pop, and take some blood pressure. I'll be going down with another DEP who goes to my Recruiting Station, he has an Opt 40 contract. Training goes as usual, I've...

Re: SITREP for MikeZDM
Rangers,
I've sworn in and completed everything including my contract. So now I'm a Future Soldier and the path to becoming a Ranger begins. Thank you all for being a great help and inspiration. Happy Veteran's Day. (I know I'm a few hours late)

Re: SITREP for MikeZDM
Rangers, I just got back from my recruiting station, and I sat down with the Ranger SFC, station commander, and he informed me that I met Ranger Qualifications with my scores, but that the 11x Opt 40 slots were not available until sometime around July or August because he pushed it out that far and ...

Re: SITREP for MikeZDM
Thank you Ranger Jim, hopefully all goes well even though I'm seeing a lot of "minimum GT Score: 110" . So worse case scenario I have to re-take the ASVAB and get that 110. I'll settle for nothing short of a 11x Opt 40 contract. I'll hear back from my recruiting station on the matter, with...

SITREP for MikeZDM
Just got back from Fort Hamilton in Brooklyn. Took the CAT-ASVAB (scores below) and I may have to take it again so I can get the correct score for the General Technical. Hopefully my scores will suffice to get my 11x Opt 40, if not. Re-test. Is it possible to get an 11x Opt 40 with my current scores...

Re: Introduction - Mike
Lad, Are you sure that is a Good two mile time? Ran faster than that in old style Combat Boots, for old five event PT test. PU/SU wouldn't be bad, for one minute periods in same OLD test. Are you wasting your/mine/OUR time? SGM, USA (ret.) Well Ranger Reiver, I'm a natural sprinter since I can run ...

Re: Enlistment Problems... Need Help
Mike you posted your scores twice. You were instructed to post it on this thread, but you also posted it on your introduction. In doing so, you failed to follow instructions. However my response to your scores will not change: http://forum.armyranger.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=50347" onclick...
