Re: Recently Graduated..

Rangers,

It's been awhile since I have posted here, but I graduated with Ranger class 3-12 yesterday and was proud to have Ranger Silverback there to pin my tab on. Thanks for all the wisdom and advice that have helped me achieve this goal.

Re: Rangers after college

I agree with Ranger Silverback's advice. I recently commissioned from the University of Alabama and had some experience with guys that were enlisted through the Army Reserve or the National Guard while in the program. While most were good guys, it did not appear that the decision to attend Basic and...

Re: Long-Term Workout Program

Ranger Panthersix, Here is the diet plan to go along with the workout. The plan entails eating a minimum of three meals and two snacks in the day, with the first meal being within one hour of waking up. Each meal contains 1/3 of the plate containing food with low-fat protein and 2/3 of the plate bei...

Re: Long-Term Workout Program

I made a workout based off a similiar one I've done in the past. My goal is to get my 2 mile run below 12 minutes and consistently average around 100 PU and 100 SU on the APFT. My current scores are found in my first post. Please add any critique or evaluation needed. Monday Killer Sprint Workout (F...

Re: Long-Term Workout Program

Ranger Nomand, I did search through the section. I've taken and used good workouts that have been posted under the daily workout topic and other topics posted within the section. I was interested though in workouts in which each day is specified to build upon the previous day and each week specified...

Long-Term Workout Program

Rangers, I am looking for a long-term workout program to conduct over the summer months. After doing a few searches, I've found that most workouts posted online are geared more towards increasing body mass. I am looking for a daily program designed to increase cardio and muscular endurance. My curre...

Re: Introduction - Brian

Thank you for the welcome Ranger Silverback and Ranger Bravo57. I am very interested in the mentor program offered. I conducted a basic search through the site and found a link containing information about the program, but the link would not open in my browser for some reason. Any information regard...

Introduction - Brian

Hello Rangers, My name is Brian and I have recently completed my MSIII year as a contracted cadet at the University of Alabama. It has been a long term goal of mine to attend and graduate Ranger School. This summer I will attend LDAC at Ft. Lewis and then report to Ft. Bragg for CTLT. I was referred...
