Here are the results: Pushups 72 score 100 Situps 57 Score 66 Run 11:49 score 100 If I could have nailed my situps I would have maxed my first P...

Re: Army Recruiter Killed In Attack On Arkansas Office
Rangers, I hope I am not out of my lane here but one has to wonder if this piece of shit was a home grown Jihadist out of one of the 35 US terrorist camps located right here in the states? http://srinidhi.instablogs.com/entry/35-terrorist-camps-uncovered-in-the-us/" onclick="window.open(t...

Re: Feet Going Numb while Running
Just out of curiosity what is the brand and model of shoe you are wearing? I was wearing New Balance 902's. My new ones are NB 1011's. I weigh about 190. I did intervals this morning for about 3.3 miles and didn't get anything from it. Not that I was expecting to since my threshold seems to be arou...

Re: Feet Going Numb while Running
I appreciate the response Rich. My whole time in I've been using the wrong type of shoes with limited problems. When I finally had someone tell me the kind of shoe I needed is when I've had my small problems. Again, I've had these shoes for at least 2 months now and are just seeing the problem come...

Re: Feet Going Numb while Running
The last two times I have run 3.5+ miles at a moderate or better pace my feet have gone numb. It stars with my right foot and a few minutes later the other one will start in. Right one is more severe. Left only gets to pins and needles feeling while I go. The numbness encompasses the whole foot up ...

Re: Option 40 and the Prior Service Soldier.
Big F'n zero for bonus, kinda sucks but the job is more important to me, I ship to WTC June 15th. I bet there aren't five Rangers on this entire site who got a bonus. I know I didn't. It never even crossed my mind. If someone is joining the service to get rich, they're nuts. That's about like becom...

Re: Option 40 and the Prior Service Soldier.
Rangers, and those trying to get option 40. I am another Prior Service, that landed option 40. here is how it unfolded for me. Equalizer congrats!!!!! I will try to keep it brief and to the point: I spent about 4 months soul searching and contemplating whether to reenlist (USAF Prior service) or not...

Re: Prior Service with Option 40 !!!
I will try to keep it brief and to the point: I spent about 4 months soul searching and contemplating whether to reenlist (USAF Prior service) or not? However, I was a 100% certain about two things: 1. if I was going to serve this great nation once again, I wanted to serve among the very best, the m...

Re: Prior Service with Option 40 !!!
Congratulations. When you have the chance, it would be good for you to write a detailed description of the full process you had to go through, what you had to overcome, etc. The information will be valuable to other men who are prior services. Ranger Bill, Ranger Earthpig, and Equalizer, With every...

Re: Military Books
Rangers, I was looking for a new military book to read and thought you all might be able to give me some good suggestions. Re: Introduction
Ranger Ron, How could you not become a Big Red fan while in Nebraska. They actually won a National championship while I was there under Tom Osbourne. Thanks for the well wishes and I look forward to the day that I can come back here and report that I became a Ranger.
