I know he wasn't one of us per se...but Jim Harris (who is deceased for those of you who don't remember) from the 2/75 BFC had his own Ab routine workout that we would use to smoke ourselves or insolent privates...does anybody have it written down anywhere. That one was a good one and it honors a go...

I thought it was well done but it suffered for being only an hour long. Sure beat hell out of anything I've seen before on tv about RS. Pleasantly surprised for once myself as well. Alex, While your enthusiasm is appreciated keep in mind one thing please. There are many Rangers on here who have served or do serve currently in "leg" units. That term is used by those who are in Ranger units and have the status to refer to others as such, you are not one of those soldier...
