To be honest, it seems like that program is geared for minimum standards. The pull up workouts are 3 sets of 6...2 mile goal is 14 minutes. Be my guest if you want to try it, but with your scores you can definately do something more challenging. Actually its a total of 63 pullups in each workout ...
