Thank you for all the welcomes thats one of the main reasons i love this forum, im always interested in good PT tips and different perspectives on training and fitness especially for Indoc.

Active duty Air Force serving at Hulburt Field as a Imagery Analyst in the 11th Intelligence Squadron. I put in my package for Pararescue and was accepted, currently waiting on a Indoc class date...Hopefully soon.
