That thing seriously creeps me out. Its nasty legs, contorted gait, and the insanity-inducing buzzing...no sir, I don't like it. Welcome to the Club!

Thank you for the warm welcome! I appreciate all your feedback. I've decided to surprise him at his graduation anyway, and we'll see if he can get the Airborne slot (I hope so). I'll be sure to send him this way once he's officially a Ranger. I've already mentioned this Ranger brotherhood in a few ...

Being not too knowledgeable on this subject but possessing a desire to bulk up also, what specific kind of carbs would be best in addition to the added protein? I am BAAACK!!! Here are my recommendations: 100% Whole Wheat products. Not Enriched wheat...that is the stuff that fakes you out. Brown Ri...

Yeah, if you feed him food and keep a moderate amount of beer coming, he is very charming. That is how we met, actually!!

I'm fairly lean and would like to throw some pounds on before I leave, advice? Look into Branched Chain Amino Acids. Eat good stuff and work out heavy!!! :) More weight, lower reps, and follow with protein shakes after work outs. I have found that guys that take the amino acids have expensive piss ...

Ranger's and Ranger Wife EyesWideOpen, I lost 80lbs through JROTC. I quit playing football my freshman year to focus on my commitment to the unit so I stopped lifting weights around that time period.
